Firstly, i feel that the masthead is very creative. 'Grime Scene Investigation'. You have used many conventions of the original CSI and converted it into something common that is used throughout the Grime genre.
The colours used complement each other and are also used throughout the contents page and the double page spread. The background image shows the 'grimey' look which is reinforced with the yellow tape reading 'grimescene : do not cross'.
There is good use of coverlines and the plug is attractive and stands out to the viewer. Overall i think this music magazine is proven successful when comparing with other established and common music magazines.
